At The Therapy Collective, our mission is to alleviate the burden faced by school districts, particularly within their Special Education departments. We specialize in providing both virtual therapy services and in-person support, ensuring flexibility to meet diverse needs. To guarantee quality and compatibility in our staffing, we conduct thorough assessments of the therapists’ qualifications and align them with the specific requirements of each school. The Therapy Collective was founded by Randi Poole, M.S.CCC-SLP, and Ken Hogue in 2025, bringing extensive experience to the field of therapy staffing. Randi has over 15 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), having worked in schools, nursing homes, clinics, and in-home health environments throughout the U.S., providing both in-person and virtual services. Ken contributes over 15 years of expertise in human resources, specifically in therapy staffing across multiple states for over 7 years. Prior to establishing The Therapy Collective, both Randi and Ken worked with various companies in the industry, identifying the gaps and needs that call for a more tailored approach to therapy staffing. Together, they leverage their deep understanding of the challenges faced by schools to connect them with highly qualified therapists who can deliver impactful support for students. Their commitment to maintaining high standards is reflected in a focus on continuous learning and adherence to best practices in therapy.
