Randi earned her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL, in 2011. With over 15 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to supporting patients in various settings, including schools, nursing homes, clinics, and in-home health environments across the United States. Her expertise encompasses articulation, voice, fluency, and language development for school-aged children. Additionally, Randi has supervised graduate students, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs, and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), showcasing her commitment to mentorship and professional development. She is nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is currently licensed in Alabama and Arizona. Randi is dedicated to supporting students, staff, and therapists, working together to create a strong and cohesive educational environment.

Ken brings over 15 years of expertise in human resources, specializing in the staffing of therapy professionals for schools and clinics across multiple states for more than 7 years. His experience includes a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by schools and the critical role of connecting them with qualified therapists who can positively impact student success. Ken is dedicated to ensuring that The Therapy Collective operates with integrity, providing our clients with the support they need. With a strong background in managing staffing needs, he is committed to building robust relationships between schools and therapists to facilitate effective collaboration. Additionally, Ken possesses extensive knowledge of ethics, HIPAA regulations, and relevant laws, which are essential in the field. His expertise enables him to navigate complex compliance issues confidently.
